Shipping Policy

Domestic orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5-7 business days of placing your order, please contact us here.

 

If you are a Bay Area or Los Angeles resident, you may choose to pick-up your order in person at no shipping cost. Select the “local pickup” option that corresponds with your location at checkout. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Amāra Clothing is committed to ensuring its customers’ full satisfaction. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, you may return unworn item(s) for store credit or a product exchange. Store credit will be issued for the retail price of item(s) purchased. Initial shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Once the item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. We will notify you as soon as your item is received and processed.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met: 

  • Returns must be sent to us within 10 business days of delivery (US and International).

  • The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.

  • We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
